The Inotech Cell Harvester System

This harvesting system is available in 96 and 24 well formats. The 24 well format is available only from Inotech Biosystems International. The MicroBeta™ Harvesting System allows for harvesting of all samples onto a single, unsupported glass fiber filtermat. Using a pre-wetted filtermat allows the isolating O-rings to provide nondestructive seals on both surfaces of the filtermat. The nondestructive seals eliminate contamination while leaving the mat intact throughout sample processing. The intact filtermat is also compatible with phosphoimaging systems.

Due to the exceptional sensitivity of the Wallac MicroBeta™ Counter, the MicroBeta™ Harvesting System employs a unique addition, the 'non-back flow' head. The 'non-back flow' head essentially eliminates the possibility of radioactive cross contamination between samples. The 'non-back flow' head consists of one collection channel per well, isolating each aspirated sample. This exceptional design eliminates any residual activity.

The MicroBeta™ Compatible Harvester includes the Vacusafe and a Four Valve Block. The Vacusafe is a collection and delivery station. The Vacusafe is comprised of a vacuum pump and compression pump in one unit, both systems are internally regulated. The Four Valve Block consists of two valves for aspiration of the "hot" and "cold" waste as well as two valves for the dispensing of wash solution.

The MicroBeta™ Compatible Harvester is priced lower than other competing harvesting systems and provides superior reliability and durability.
